TCP/IP problem

Many times when I'm trying to enter free chat room I get this message:"tcp/ip sockets security problem" and I can't see anything. After many refreshes or even rebooting my comp I can get a pisture, eventually, but there is not constant solution I have found.
May be you can help me to resolve this bug? I am using wireless connection on WinXP

"I am using wireless connection on WinXP" You just partly answered your own question... Make sure you have the very latest Flash plug-in for whatever your favourite browser happens to be, and get wired. Wireless is notoriously unreliable.
